SoundHound announced that it has launched a new feature called Connect to Rdio. This update automatically adds all songs that a SoundHound user discovers to a special playlist within Rdio. Mixcloud shifts business model with addition of paid account options

Mixcloud has updated its membership options, adding two paid subscriptions. StreamLicensing’s online stations to get mobile apps thanks to deal with Nobex Partners

Spotify partners with BandPage to give artists merchandise hubs

Spotify announced a new partnership with BandPage that will integrate a digital storefront to artists’ presence on the streaming platform. Musicians will have an option to sell their BandPage merchandise and show tickets, or promote unique fan experiences, from their artist pages on Spotify.
