Electronic Frontier Foundation receives go-ahead to challenge podcasting patent lawsuit

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), a kind of sheriff’s office for civil liberties on the Internet, has received an encouraging ruling from a government office that regulates patent reviews.
