DGital Media debuts new podcast from lacrosse star

DGital Media has added a new podcast to its roster, further fleshing out its sports programming. Suiting Up comes from Paul Rabil, an entrepreneur, online education expert, and lacrosse champion. The show will have conversations with leaders from the sports, business, and entertainment industries about their work.

DGital hires Jay Green as digital strategy SVP

DGital announced the addition of Jay Green as its new senior vice president of digital strategy and analytics. In this capacity, Green will lead efforts in analytics and audience development for the on-demand audio company.

DGital Media launching podcast network for The Players’ Tribune

The Players’ Tribune has partnered with DGital Media to launch a new podcast network. This new creation will center on athletes and sports. The network will debut on Jan. 26 with the show Giant Steps, which tells the story of the first Super Bowl Championship for the New York Giants football team in 1986.

DGital Media partners to launch new politics show

DGital Media announced a partnership to help launch a new show dubbed Pod Save America. The podcast will cover politics and is intended to spark involvement from listeners.

DGital Media collaborating with Sports Illustrated for football podcasts

Audio company DGital Media has entered into a partnership with Sports Illustrated Group to create new podcasts. The parties are creating multiple new shows launching in time for the start of the 2016 NFL season.

DGital Media partners with IMG to relaunch Tony Kornheiser in podcasting

New York-based DGital Media announced that it will relaunch The Tony Kornheiser Show as a podcast, in partnership with management and production company IMG. The launch brings one of the country’s best known and most respected sports personalities back into daily circulation in an online-only format.

DGital Media partners for NCAA sports podcast network

DGital Media has partnered with the Collegiate Sports Management Group to launch a podcast network centered on Division II and Division III NCAA sports. The network is slated to launch the week of Sept. 5.

DGital Media partners with UFC for new podcast series

DGital Media announced a partnership with the UFC for an exclusive on-demand audio series. “UFC Unfiltered with Jim Norton and Matt Serra” will be a twice-weekly show beginning June 21. Episodes will be available on the UFC website, plus on podcasting channels including iTunes, GooglePlay, Spotify, Stitcher, and TuneIn.

New NBA podcast at DGital hosted by current Clippers guard J.J. Redick

DGital Media hit a new milestone in its programming with the launch of a weekly podcast hosted by J.J. Redick. Redick is the first and (so far) only current NBA player with his own podcast. The starter for the L.A. Clippers will discuss basketball as well as his life in Los Angeles.

DGital Media announces new podcast hosted by NFL talent

DGital Media has launched another podcast on its roster of sports programming. “The Ochocinco and Dukes Podcast” will be hosted by a former wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals and an NFL Network commentator.
