Wondery is making ad partnerships in multiple markets. Along with announcing a deal with DAX in the UK, the podcast host has also inked agreements to sell its ad inventory with The Podcast Exchange in Canada and with Whooshkaa in Australia. These partnerships will see Wondery shows monetized in both markets.
“Wondery has a great catalogue of material with an engaged Canadian audience,” The Podcast Exchange CEO Jean-Marie Heimrath said. “Our team will ensure they get the best possible ROI from the Canadian segment of their growing global listenership.”
“This will allow Australian listeners to hear targeted Australian content in the advertising space on Wondery podcasts, and allow Australian advertisers to reach even more local podcast listeners,” Whooshkaa Founder and CEO Robert Loewenthal said of the deal.
