Triton programmatic enters Southeast Asia with Big Mobile deal

big mobile and triton digitalBig Mobile, an Australia-based mobile solutions company for advertisers, announced a partnership with Triton Digital that will integrate Triton’s a2x programmatic exchange and bring it into the Southeast Asia countries in which Big Mobile operates. Big Mobile has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Jakarta, Auckland, and Singapore.

Big Mobile CEO Graham Christie emphasized the complementary nature of a2x’s audio inventory with the display and video already presented to marketers by his company. “a2x is the perfect complement to display and video channels, providing the premium visibility that brands seek in a clutter-free environment.”

Benjamin Masse, SVP & GM of Advertising at Triton Digital noted: “We are excited to partner with Big Mobile to bring a2x to audio publishers and advertisers across Southeast Asia. The arrival of this exchange is a significant step forward for both the advertising industry and the digital audio landscape in Southeast Asia.”

Big Mobile’s game plan is to demystify what can be a complex field of mobile advertising by aggregating premium inventory and helping marketers plan campaigns. Triton’s a2x brings audio inventory in the webcasts of top radio groups and preeminent pureplays like Spotify and Slacker. Audio is particularly well suited to mobile, because it is uninterruptible, and is a screen-free hands-free marketing platform. a2x can target audience segments by location, demographic, gender, and other data sets.
