Eddie Sotelo, popularly called Piolin, has signed with new podcast network reVOLVER, which programs and targets the Spanish-language audience. ReVOLVER launched in February with bilingual on-demand audio aimed at a multicultural audience. It had 30 shows on the roster at launch.
Jack Hobbs, Co-founder and President of reVOLVER, confirmed to RAIN News that the Mexican-born radio star was moving his show, El Show de Piolin, exclusively to reVOLVER, which would represent and sell the program’s ads and sponsorships.
Multi-dimensional star Piolin began his podcasting run with PodcastOne in March, 2015. He was once named to the 100 Most Powerful People in Southern California list in the L.A. Times, has moved through a number of outlets in recent years.
