Triton Digital announces Quebecor as latest client for digital audio and podcast services

Triton Digital announced that it will be powering the digital audio and podcast strategy for Quebecor Media Group, an integrated communications company from Canada. Under the terms of their arrangement, Quebecor will be a client of Triton’s audio streaming network for delivering digital audio online and of the Tap Ad Server for dynamic insertion of targeted ads into audio content. It will also be using Triton’s Omny Studio integration for capturing, editing, and distributing its podcasts.

“We are proud to offer Quebecers a new, bold, state-of-the-art media,” said Mathieu Turbide, digital vice president for Quebecor. We have surrounded ourselves with the best in their field, both internally and with partners such as Triton Digital. With unparalleled expertise in digital audio and a technology hub right here in Montreal, there was no better partner than Triton Digital to take our project to where it should be.”

“Together with Omny Studio, we are proud to be providing Quebecor with an enterprise-level suite of digital audio technology and solutions that simplify the management and monetization of their streaming audio and podcast content,” Triton Digital President of Market Development John Rosso said. “We are proud to call Quebecor a partner and look forward to supporting them as they continue to evolve their digital audio strategy.”
