Targetspot hires new business development exec

Targetspot announced that it has hired Dominick Milano as its vice president of business development for North America. In this role, Milano will be responsible for leading Targetspot’s expansion efforts in the United States and Canada. Milano’s career in digital audio includes a post with Triton Digital at its launch and senior executive roles at Clear Channel (now iHeartMedia), Katz Media, and Interep.
