BetterHelp lands in the #1 spot, as it has for (at least) the last 11 months that RAIN has tracked the movements in this ranker. With a February investment of $7.8-million, BetterHelp more than doubled the monthly spend of the #2-ranked advertisers HelloFresh, which spent $3.1-million.
