On the Move: Changes at YouTube, Spotify, and Ingrooves

On the Move tracks hires, promotions, and other notable personnel changes within the online audio industry.

YouTube has promoted Victoria Campoamor within its music publishing division. Her new title is global head of publishing strategy and operations. Campoamor’s previous post was as head of music partnerships EMEA for Google Play, which she’d held since January 2014.

Spotify’s national sales director for Australia and New Zealand is leaving the company. Andrea Ingham took over the role in 2015. During her tenure, she helped launch ventures such as Spotify Ad Studio in addition to driving ad sales revenue and building strategy. She is leaving to pursue “other opportunities.”

Ingrooves, the distribution and marketing company for indies, announced several new appointments within its divisions of strategic marketing and label development. The hires include Sheneza Mohammed joining as label development manager at the Los Angeles office and Joshua Hedglin as manager of label and business development in Berlin.
