Mood Media, an in-store media solutions specialist, announced the acquisition of focus4media. The company is the largest Mood Independent Affiliate in North America, and Mood Media has acquired all of its assets for providing sight, sound, scent, and systems solutions to brick-and-mortar storefronts. Focus4media serves the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
“This acquisition allows us to expand our client base in a region that continues to grow and show great opportunity,” Mood Media’s President of In-Store Media Ken Eissing said. “Focus4media has a strong leadership team and a history of serving its clients well, and we look forward to continued success in the region.”
“The timing was right for both parties,” said Gary Alshouse, CEO at focus4media. “I’m proud of what our team built, but I’m also excited about the new opportunities that lie ahead for us, together.”
Both Eissing and Alshouse said in the press release that the two parties would work on a seamless transition for existing focus4media clients.
