Rob Proctor resigns as Audioboom CEO

Rob Proctor is stepping down as CEO of podcast company Audioboom. He has resigned as both CEO and director effective immediately. COO Stuart Last will serve as interim CEO while the board searches for a permanent replacement.

“Since I started with Audioboom it has become one of the most important global podcast platforms, hosting and monetising some of the world’s best audio,” Proctor said. “The business is now entering a more mature phase and I believe that the time is now right for me to pursue more entrepreneurial opportunities. I wish the customers, clients, shareholders and especially the fantastic team at Audioboom, the very best for the future.”
