P1 wanted
Jacobs Media is planning its 20th annual TechTechSurvey, and is soliciting commercial radio stations to participate. TechSurvey is a large-scale annual survey of P1 radio listeners about their habits and preferences. The output is used throughout the year by RAIN News and other publications. The population of respondents is taken from station mailing lists. Participating stations receive complete nationwide results, and for a scaled fee will also get station-specific results. Discovery Mode
The Independent Podcast Awards have completed for 2023. One-hundred seventy-two podcasts were recognized in twenty-one categories (including Best Podcast Jingle, and Best Podcast Artwork). As usual with contests, the nomination and winner lists both provide outstanding podcast discovery, mainly distanced from the top-of-ranker shows. Nominees HERE. Winners HERE.
