In Magellan AI’s latest monthly report of top podcast advertisers, tracking September activity, we see many of the same brands that have populated the Top 15 Spenders list for the last six months. BetterHelp, the online therapy service which even casual podcast listeners know about, retains the #1 position through that entire run. In September the company spent $6.5-million, nearly identical to the August spend.
In this latest monthly report, three advertisers appeared in the Top 15 Spenders for the first time in our five-month focus: #3 FanDuel ($2.9M), #4 DraftKings ($2.4M), and #15 T-Mobile ($1.4M).
Magellan’s Top 15 Movers & Shakers list, which ranks the highest spends among advertisers which increased their month-over-month commitment to podcasting the most. FanDuel, appearing on both lists, was the top Mover & Shaker, spending $901,000 in September, up from $523,000 in August. The top Mover & Shaker following zero spend the previous month was Emerson, which spent $411,000 in September.
