The idobi network, a venerable streaming radio outlet which also produces podcasts and video, has deepened its relationship with digital audio ad-tech platform Adswizz. AdsWizz is now the exclusive global monetization provider for advertisers seeking to reach idobi’s audience across the US and Europe.
The expanded agreement designates AdsWizz as the sole monetization provider for all of idobi’s inventory, leveraging the AdsWizz Marketplace, a global programmatic exchange for digital audio.
idobi started as an online radio pureplay station in 1999. It was the winner of RAIN’s Internet Radio Awards, Best Single Stream Webcaster, in 2014.
The company runs three stations: idobi radio (alt and pop-punk), idobi Howl (metal and hardcore) and idobi anthm (indie). The key demo engaged by idobi properties is an even gender split in the 13-34 age group.
AdsWizz Marketplace offers buyers nine-billion impressions served to 80-million unique listeners per month. Audience segment targeting includes geo, device type, genre, language, weather, demographic, and behavioral segments.
