Ginny Morris, CEO of Hubbard Radio to keynote RAIN Summit West

ginny morris OFFICIAL largeGinny Morris, CEO and Chair of Hubbard Radio, and a 32-year veteran of radio, will be the keynote speaker at RAIN Summit West on April 17 in Las Vegas. Her keynote speech will be followed by a Q&A session with Paul Jacobs of Jacobs Media.

Ginny Morris started her broadcasting career in college, in the promotions department of a local TV station (KSTP-TV). She was managing the promotions department in a few years. From there she moved to radio at KSTP-AM, where she was station manager. The FM side of KSTP was added to her purview in 1995, and she soon became President and General manager of the entire KSTP franchise. Syndication of KSTP talent led the way to forming Hubbard Radio in 1999.

Hubbard Radio owns and operates 25 radio stations across seven major markets, and a digital marketing arm called 2060 Digital in those markets. Last August, Hubbard acquired a 30% equity stake in PodcastOne.

Ginny Morris’ keynote session will start RAIN Summit West as the opening feature at 9:00am. Paul Jacobs is VP and General Manager of Jacobs Media, and President of mobile app developer jacAPPS.
