Entravision takes over Cisneros Interactive with majority investment

Media and marketing network Entravision has announced its majority investment in Cisneros Interactive, a digital advertising company and division of Cisneros. Cisneros Interactive is well known to RAIN readers as the parent company of Audio.Ad, a sponsor and presenter at many RAIN Summits.

Both companies serve Spanish and Hispanic American markets. Entravision operates in more than 20 countries across Latin America, Europe, and Asia. The company owns and operates 49 Spanish language radio stations. Cisneros Interactive is a leader in the rapidly growing digital advertising sector in the Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets. Over the past decade since its 2010 founding, the Company has built a presence in 17 countries.

No changes to Cisneros staffing or positioning of executives, the announcement says.
