Entercom released its latest statistics for RADIO.COM. The media giant’s digital audio and content platform recorded a record 40 million monthly active users in March.
The figure marked 63% on-year growth across all devices, including mobile and smart speakers. RADIO.COM’s web platform saw 107% growth year-over-year in its visitor base. Smart speaker listening for the service posted a 90% leap from the same month in 2019, and grew 27% from February 2020.
Entercom also shared that the RADIO.COM REWIND feature, which added on-demand controls to the service in October 2019, created lift of up to 17% in total listening hours for stations were it is enabled.
The radio figures supplement the listening data about podcasting that Entercom released earlier this month.
