Dominick Milano, ex-Triton Digital and ex-Entercom before that, has departed his most recent position as SVP, Sales and Business Development, North America at Targetspot. The exit comes six months after the company was acquired by digital entertainment and media platform Azerion and re-branded Azerion North America. Dominick continues to work with consulting company Audio Ingenuity. READ/COMMENT

Publicly traded media company Entravision has named Michael Christenson as CEO starting July 1. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of two public software companies, New Relic and CA Technologies, and as an investment banker with Allen & Company and Salomon Brothers. A popular board member, too. READ
