Mark Taffet has joined Revolver Podcasts, the Latino audio specialist, as a strategic advisor. Taffet’s resume includes a stint at HBO where he worked on developing the channel’s pay-per-view model for boxing. “Mark is well known and highly respected in television, sports and media. His wisdom combined with his best practices expertise in growth strategies, sales development and marketing will benefit our shows, our consumers and our brand,” President Jack Hobbs said.

The National Music Publishers’ Association has added Zach Katz to its board of directors. Katz is the president of U.S. repertoire and marketing for BMG. “The NMPA and BMG share a similar mission – to create a fair and transparent environment where the interests of publishers and songwriters are protected,” Katz said. “I’m looking forward to the work we’ll do together for the advancement and benefit of music industry professionals.”
