RAIN announces the judging panel for the 5th Annual Internet Radio Awards, which honor achievements and best practices in the Internet radio industry.
The awards will be presented at RAIN Summit Indy, September 9, at the Indiana Convention Center.
The judges for this year’s Awards are:
- Mark Ramsey: Author, consultant, and head of Mark Ramsey Media.
- James Cridland: U.K.-based radio futurologist and Managing Director, Media UK.
- Paul Jacobs: VP and GM, Jacobs Media, and President, jacAPPS.
- David Oxenford: Partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer, and author of the Broadcdast Law Blog.
- Michael Robertson: CEO, DAR.fm and Radio Search Engine.
- Casey Rae: VP for Policy and Education, Future of Music Coalition, and Adjunct Professor, Georgetown University.
- Paula Cordeiro: Consultant, speaker, university lecturer, Streaming Ideas.
- Brad Hill: VP and Managing Editor, RAIN Enterprises.
RAIN Internet Radio Awards are considered and bestowed in five categories:
- Best Overall Online Radio Service
- Best Streaming Broadcast Station
- Best Overall Digital Strategy
- Best Single-Stream Webcaster
- International Excellence in Audio
