Time is ticking down for Guvera. The Australia-based streaming service is on a deadline to pay its creditors almost $1 million by Wednesday. The company is currently in administration, and the creditors will have the option to place Guvera into liquidation if the payments are not made.
Guvera has been on a downward trajectory since the Australian Securities Exchange rejected its proposal to have shares listed. The company’s prospectus said that it would need to raise capital in order to pay off debts.
