Audioboom is announcing the promotion of Thomas Mancusi and Erica Tong. Mancusi becomes Chief Revenue Officer, and Tong becomes Chief Operating Officer.
Thomas Mancusi is a five-year Audioboom veteran who joined the company after earlier stints with CBS and PodcastOne. “It has been a pleasure working at Audioboom for the last five years and developing a market-leading advertising model,” said Mancusi. “I look forward to the challenge of exploring new revenue opportunities across the group.” He leaves behind his former title, EVP Global, Sales & Development.
Erica Tong began her career with GroupM before joining Havas Media in 2014 as a National Broadcast Buyer. Since 2016, she has led Audioboom’s sales operations, most recently as SVP, Sales Planning & Operations. As COO Tong will lead advertising operations, research & development, HR and communications, and will oversee the company’s major operational projects.
