Podcast ad rates rose (a bit) in February: Libsyn AdvertiseCast

The average cost per thousand (CPM) for podcast advertising took a modest upturn in February, rising about one percent compared to the average rate in January. This from the monthly reckoning at Libsyn subsidiary AdvertiseCast. (See the data HERE.)

The average pricing of a 60-second ad spot across all sizes of purchase was $21.99, up from $21.69 the previous month.

The highest ad rate over the past four years was $25.40 in January, 2022. The low mark was $21.06 in September 2020. So the month-by-month price movements in this accounting are fairly small, ranging across years.
