Adforce.com signs TuneIn ad-repping deal for selected European markets

adforce.com logoIrish ad technology and representation company Adforce.com announced today that it has signed with TuneIn to market TuneIn’s audience and inventory to key European markets, on the just-launched Adforce.com digital radio advertising platform. Those countries include Germany, Holland, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, and Norway.

In its announement, Adforce.com promised to combine rich media and innovative audio formats. The ad-repping agreement covers the three major delivery platforms: desktop, tablet, and smartphone. Simultaneous audio and display advertising (which the IAB calls companion ads) is emphasized in the announcement.

Innovation was cited as a reason for the partnership by Bill Hartman, Global VP of Brand Partnership and Sales, who said, “TuneIn selected Adforce.com because of its reputation in delivering innovation to its advertisers and results for its publishers.”

TuneIn’s content portfolio includes over 100,ooo radio station streams, and four-million on-demand programs. the company claims over 50-million monthly users.

Adforce.com Sales Director Kevin Foley has an evolutionary view of streaming audio advertising: “It took fifteen years to build the market for desktop advertising and five years for mobile advertising. We believe that the digital audio advertising market is now poised for rapid growth over the coming 24 months.”

Today’s announcement follows recent Adforce.com news that Vodafone was the anchor launch partner for Adforce.com’s new digital radio advertising platform. Adforce.com was founded in 2009.
