Edison Research has released its Top 25 Podcasts in the UK for Q3 2024. Edison’s Podcast Metrics product is unique in that it is not dependent on podcast download data and does not require podcast networks to opt into its service — so, any podcast is a candidate for listing. Edison surveys a minimum of 2,000 weekly podcast listeners in the UK to inform its quarterly reports.

Only the Joe Rogan Podcast held down the same place in this list, year-over-year.
The only newcomer to the list is The Rest Is History (#6). That podcast, according to Edison’s notes, “gained significant media attention thanks to its live tour launched in September. The tour began in Cambridge and Oxford. The October performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall, featuring the works of Mozart and Beethoven and accompanied by a live orchestra, sold out as early as May.”
