Conversion intelligence platform Unbounce has bought LeadsRx, a marketing analytics software and service company. The merger promises to help marketers and agencies measure campaign performance across channels. LeadsRx, founded in 2015, operates with a focus on digital, radio, podcasts, streaming services, and TV. The company claims to collect anonymous customer data from 2.5-billion customer touchpoints.
The acquisition broadens Unbounce’s market stance, bringing marketing attribution to small and midsize customers.
LeadsRx will be a division of Unbounce and will operate independently for the foreseeable future. LeadsRx is located in POrtland. Unbounce plans to invest in LeadsRx technology and its business operations, the company told RAIN, adding engineering, sales and marketing talent. While expansion will stem around the Portland office Unbounce is a remote-first company so employees can work from home or be located anywhere.
Unbounce was founded in 2009, and acquired Snazzy AI in the first half of 2021. Felicia Bochicchio was named CEO in October of that year.
The finances of this deal are not disclosed.
