SoundExchange adds two new execs

Mark Eisenberg, one of the new executive hires at SoundExchange

SoundExchange announced two new additions to its executive ranks. Mark Eisenberg will serve as senior vice president of strategic initiatives, while Jacqueline Peterson will take on the job of senior vice president of communications.

Eisenberg previously worked at MixRadio as the company’s global head of content acquisition and strategy. Before that, he spent more than 15 years as an executive at Sony Music Entertainment’s Global Digital Business Group. His role at SoundExchange will focus on new applications for the company’s distribution platform and relationships with licensees and the broader music industry.

Peterson joins SoundExchange from Live Nation Entertainment, where she also was senior vice president of corporate communications. She will helm the internal and external communications, marketing, and public relations tasks for the company.
