We learn from digital music rights consultant Vickie Naumann that the U.S. Copyright Office released a whitepaper: “Unclaimed Royalties Best Practices.” It’s about music publishing royalties (as opposed to performance royalties for playing recordings), and $424-million is unclaimed.
