APM announces new podcasts and a returning season

American Public media (APM) has sent PR descriptions of two new podcasts, and one returning show.

The return is season two of Spectacular Failures, which is described as “ridiculous stories of business disasters. The new season drops on August 3. No trailer yet.

The two new shows:

  • We are working with renowned comedian Tig Notaro to deliver a dose of honest advice in Don’t Ask Tig. Tig with the help of a rotating cast guests —including Will Ferrell, Sarah Cooper and Glennon Doyle— will do their best to answer life’s most pressing questions from how to get over a breakup to cutting your own hair.   • Marketplace will release their first kids’ podcast Million Bazillion helping dollars make more sense. Hosted by Marketplace reporter Jed Kim, and featuring celebrity guest voices like Kristen Bell, Duff Goldman and LeVar Burton, the show answers the awkward, uncomfortable and surprising questions that kids have about money—and how we can all get smarter about using it.
