Acast has delivered its latest finance report, covering the second quarter of this year. The headline takeaway for Q2 is presented as this:
29 % organic growth and continued strengthening of offering.
In hard numbers, qQ2 net sales rose 28% year-over-year, to $607M. Six key metrics of financial performance are listed below in native currency (krona):
- Record Net Sales: Reached SEK 775.6 million in Q2 2026, up 28% on a reported basis and 29% organically year-over-year.
- Profitability Inflection: Operating profit (EBIT) turned positive at SEK 31.6 million (4% margin), completely reversing the SEK 66.4 million loss recorded in Q2 2025.
- EBITDA Surge: Adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to SEK 57.7 million (7% margin).
- Strong Cash Flow: Cash flow from operating activities turned positive at SEK 50.1 million, a substantial improvement over the negative SEK 53.4 million from the prior-year period.
- Net Income Reversal: Posted a net income of SEK 27.3 million, compared to a net loss of SEK 79.7 million in Q2 2025.
Earnings Per Share: Reached SEK 0.15 before dilution.
There was also substantial year-over-year regional sales growth and included 34 % raise in North America, and 25% in Europe.
The value of those metrics was further enhanced by partnership growth, as Acast ‘s North America business increased 34 % (again, net sales ) and 25 % in E europe.
