We see self-serve digital advertising platforms emerging at a rate that seems to be reshaping the industry, and the accessibility of audio advertising. This sense is verified by at least one report which states: “Digital audio isn’t a niche experiment anymore. It’s an increasingly strategic part of advertising portfolios in 2026.”
With that background we learn that AI-powered Dutch tech company Azerion, which operates across 17 countries, has launched a self-service platform that aspires to bring omnichannel advertising to small and medium businesses (SMBs). A company statement says the new software is “designed to make the full benefits of digital advertising accessible to small and medium sized businesses across Europe.
Multiple channels can accommodate ad inventory located in radio streams, Cable TV in-game settings, and mobile channels. The stated idea is to “reach people in their immediate location” while also expanding to larger audiences ranging from regional to global.
AI seems to be involved in helping customers get set up — the press release references “a conversational campaign assistant” and AI-powered creative tools for generating the ads — bragging (rather provocatively) about eliminating design teams, production studios, or any kind of technical expertise.
“We wanted to make digital advertising as easy and exciting as it should be.” said Mickael Ferreira, chief business officer at Azerion.”We believe every business, no matter the size, deserves to be seen and heard,”
