Podcasts are on the rise in France, with 800,000 podcasts downloaded every day, according to research firm Médiamétrie.
Spreaker recently released its Spreaker Studio software for podcast production onto Windows and Mac platforms after an initial launch on iOS. The company brought on Rob Greenlee as its head of content earlier this year; Greenlee was also part of a conversation about the state of podcasting at this fall’s RAIN Summit Atlanta.
