Spreaker Studio is now available for Chrome OS

Spreaker announced that its Spreaker Studio program is the first podcasting app to offer full compatibility with Chrome OS. This operating system runs on Google’s Chromebook laptops, which the tech company has largely positioned as inexpensive hardware for use in educational situations. Spreaker said its support of Chrome OS is a way to help get students into podcasting.

Spreaker Studio launched in 2015 as a tool for creating and polishing a podcast. The program offers recording and live broadcasting, editing on-the-go, and simple distribution.
