Speakers announced for RAIN Summit NYC

RAIN announces the first in the 2014 series of RAIN Summits: RAIN Summit NYC – Pureplays and Podcasts. On February 5, RAIN will present an afternoon and evening of discussion and networking. Panel discussions and presentations will cover all aspects of the evolving streaming audio marketplace, followed by a cocktail reception for speakers and attendees.

The event will take place in The Greene Space (The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space, home of WNYC) in downtown Manhattan.

Announced speakers include Megan Green (Dir. Business Development, Songza), James Drake (Dir. of Sales, 8Tracks), Jack Isquith (SVP, Strategic Development and Content Programming, Slacker), David Oxenford (Partner, Wilkinson, Barker & Knauer), and Jeff Ullrich (Earwolf; The Midroll). RAIN founder Kurt Hanson and CEO Jennifer Lane will host the event.

Panel topics include: The Download on Podcasts, Streaming Music Licensing, Streaming Audio Ad Models, Innovative Online Audio Platforms, and Capturing Investment Dollars.
