Vevo hires SVP of people to guide talent efforts

Vevo has added a new hire for its management team. Laurie Zeleny is the video platform’s new senior vice president of people. She will be based in New York and will lead Vevo’s global people strategy, including all aspects of acquiring and developing the business’ personnel. She has more than two decades of experience, including founding her own consulting and executive coaching operation.

“Laurie’s skillset and experience across media and technology sectors was exactly what we were looking for,” CEO Alan Price said. “Our people are the key to the success of our business and I look forward to Laurie joining the team to help us continue on our mission of growing the commercial and promotional value of music videos.”
