Updating podcast discovery strategy

Roger Nairn (Founder, Jar Podcast Solutions) and Tom Webster (Partner, Sounds Profitable) are collaborating on a new podcast research study — The Podcast Discovery Playbook (sponsored by Jar.)

“A lot of podcast launch advice still sounds like it was written for a different web,” Nairn observes, criticizing the traditional post-and-promote launch routine which fails to address mainstream user discovery paths. Those paths include YouTube, Spotify, Tik Tok, Instagram, basic searching, word of mouth, and paid media.

The Playbook will be presented in a free webinar on June 18 at 2pm ET.
