Rhapsody never had a CEO after it was spun out from RealNetworks in 2010, and was led by its president. Following an executive shuffle in September 2013, though, the streaming company had no top leader and was helmed by an operating committee rather than a single person. Despite that unusual leadership structure, Rhapsody has seen a solid performance so far this year. It hit the 2 million subscriber mark and posted revenue of $42 million in the second quarter.
