Jottings of note:
The San Francisco Standard has announced the launch of Pacific Standard Time, a new weekly news podcast about the people and ideas driving California’s future, and their ripple effects across the country. The show is hosted by Emily Dreyfuss and Jesse Alejandro Cottrell. “PST is a weekly show about what’s happening in California and why it matters. It’s for people living here and people outside of this place wondering what the hell is going on out here” — is how Dreyfuss describes the project. Topics range from housing costs (characterized as “insane”) ti immigration issues. The show dropped yeterday, November 19, and will proceed weekly. Trailer HERE.
