Sirius XM launches content team for Pandora

Sirius XM is taking new steps in its ownership of Pandora. The satellite radio company has launched a content team that will create original programming in music, sports, and talk for Pandora based on Sirius XM’s model. Their work will include a selection of material from Sirius XM as well as original Pandora content for the Sirius XM audience.

The content team will report to Sirius XM Chief Content Officer Scott Greenstein. Members of the team include Pandora executives Alex White, vice president of content and programming; Jeff Zuchowski, vice president of label relations; Bill Crandall, vice president of editorial content; and Lindsay Bowen, head of podcasts and entertainment content partnerships.

“Creating a dedicated team of talented and forward-thinking people is the first step in delivering great content that drives usage and engagement on Pandora,” Greenstein said. “For more than a decade and a half at Sirius XM, we’ve created ground-breaking and compelling content, constantly refreshing and evolving an exclusive programming lineup that has drawn tens of millions of subscribers nationwide. I am very excited to engage in the collaborative work ahead to create great new content for both the Pandora and Sirius XM audiences.”
