Team Never Quit: Westwood One announced the addition of Team Never Quit to its podcast lineup. The show, hosted by former Navy SEALs Marcus Luttrell and David Rutherford, is designed to inspire and motivate listeners to tackle the challenges in their lives. “The Team Never Quit podcast has been a passion project since day one, it’s incredible to hear the Never Quit stories of our guests and how it impacts our audience,” Luttrell said. “I am excited about our partnership with Westwood One and look forward to seeing where it will go from here.” The show releases new episodes on Wednesdays on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and Westwood One’s mobile app and website.

Dreamboy: Night Vale Presents is back with a new scripted drama called Dreamboy. Dane Terry and Ellie Heyman created the show, which is a mystery about “dreams, unexplained deaths, relentless change and the parts of ourselves that we wish other people knew to look for.” The audio drama features original musical compositions from Terry. Episodes of Dreamboy are available on Apple Podcasts, RadioPublic, and other podcast platforms.

It Seemed Smart: Previously announced as part of Vox Media’s first fall slate, new show It Seemed Smart debuted on Tuesday. The inaugural six episodes cover sports trickery ranging from stolen baseball bats to football’s insider trading. Episodes are available on podcast services including Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, and Stitcher.

Why Sports Matter: Cadence13 is turning to athletics again for a new podcast series called Why Sports Matter. Gotham Chopra, a filmmaker and co-founder of Religion of Sports, hosts the show, which connects sports-focused stories to broader themes such as mortality, tribalism, and leadership. The first season of the audio essays features guests such as Tom Brady, Michael Strahan, Jemele Hill, and Deepak Chopra. The show debuts on October 30 and will be available on on-demand platforms including Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Radio.com, and Spotify.
