New York Post launches Page Six podcast with ad sales by cabana

Several print and online publications are hopping on the podcast bandwagon, and the New York Post is latest to join the trend. The Post is making its podcast debut with its iconic Page Six gossip and entertainment news column. Sources Say: A Page Six Podcast will be hosted by editors Maggie Coughlan and Ian Mohr, and the duo will share the stories and insights from the newsroom on the weekly show. The podcast is partnering exclusively with cabana, the digital audio arm of AdLarge Media, for its ad sales.

“With the debut of Sources Say, the New York Post enters the podcast space with one of the most popular brands in our portfolio,” said Sean Giancola, CEO and publisher of the New York Post. “Page Six fans can now hear insider gossip and news on our podcast straight from our editors.”

“The New York Post and Page Six are iconic media brands, and we at cabana are excited to be a part of their entrée into podcasting,” AdLarge Media and cabana Co-Founder and Co-CEO Cathy Csukas said. “This is the kind of in-demand content that our podcast advertisers are asking for. As our relationship with the NY Post expands, we will have more highly engaging podcasts to offer our advertisers.”
