Podtrac’s ranker of the top 20 podcasts in January has been released. The top slots remained mostly unchanged from the December 2017 chart, with This American Life continuing to hold court. The bottom half of the January chart had some shake-ups, with the ordering from the previous month scrambled and two new shows making the cut.

Atlanta Monster from HowStuffWorks and Dan Carlin’s Hardcore History both landed on the ranker for January in the No. 16 and No. 20 spots, respectively. 99% Invisible also returned to the chart.

Podtrac rankings are based on the company’s measurement data for unique monthly audience. Shows that do not measure with Podtrac are ranked based on publicly available data.
