Podcast publisher Audioboom is announcing an exclusive distribution and monetization deal for the True Crime Obsessed podcast. In a separate agreement Audioboom will fund the development of new shows in the Obsessed Network. The deals were brokered by UTA.
True Crime Obsessed is hosted by Patrick Hinds and Gillian Pensavalle, and has been downloaded over 70-million times since its 2017 launch. the Obsessed Network is all about True Crime, and shows six existing shows on the network website.

The most recent earnings report of publicly-traded Audioboom (London Stock Exchange) showed double-digit revenue gains, and the year-to-date stock movement of BOOM can fairly be described as meteoric.
