Former Triton Digital COO (and co-founder) Mike Agovino has partnered with talent management entrepreneur Paul Anderson to launch Workhouse Connect, a self-described “influence marketing company.” Workhouse Connect is positioned as a sister company to Workhouse Media and Workhouse Creative, both started by Anderson.

The announcement talks about optimizing a value exchange between creative talent, its products, and marketers. A partnership is in the works, we are told, between Mike Tyson and Peter Rosenberg, and TV and radio personality. “This collaboration illustrates our ability to attract tier one talent and partner with leading brands,” Paul Andderson said.

“Think of us as an omni-channel influence marketer,” Mike Agovino said in a social media post about the company launch. “Our focus will be the monetization of content created by our clients across a combination of linear, digital and social channels.”

The creation of endorsement deals is one focus of the new company, according to a press release, which refers to “the transformation from purely transactional advertising to high-impact, deeply integrated partnership marketing.”

In the new venture, Mike Agovino will be President and CEO.
