The Summit was produced in collaboration with the IAB UK, and featured depth of content around monetization of streaming audio. “Digital Audio: An Agency Perspective” brough agency reps onstage to discuss how they view the streaming audio space. “Streaming Ad Sales Strategies” covered direct selling and the emerging key topic of programmatic. “Measuring and Monetizing FM’s Online Audience” explored ad technologies that enable radio stations to build value for advertisers online.
A panel called “The Future of Audio” had the widest range, and Paula Cordeiro came from Portugal to lead a discussion of mobile streaming.
The entire Summit presented a fascinating view of Europe-centric thinking about industry issues that are slanted differently from the U.S.
